I'm a designer with 4+ years of experience shipping mobile products used by hundreds of thousands of people. I focus on the stuff most people don't notice until it's missing: the right validation state, a flow that doesn't make you think twice, an error message that actually helps. My background is in psychology, which shapes how I think about behavior and the gap between what users say and what they actually do.

I like working close to engineering and research. I'd rather be in the room figuring out constraints than designing in isolation and tossing a file over the wall. I've taken features from rough exploration all the way through to accessibility handoff, and that full picture is where I do my best work.

Outside of work I'm usually making matcha, cooking something new, watching F1, playing video games, or spending time with dogs.
